Matt Moulder is an educator, coach, and leadership mentor with more than 30 years of experience helping young people and communities grow through athletics.
Throughout his career, Matt saw firsthand that the most successful programs weren’t just organized — they were aligned. They weren’t just talented — they were connected. And they didn’t just win games; they developed people.
After retiring from public education, Matt founded Thrive Coaching and Performance Services and wrote Culture Quest to help schools and athletic programs build cultures rooted in shared purpose, accountability, and transformational leadership.
